EXCESSIVE TAXATION

Excess taxation : While it is true, taxes are needed, yet in today's world, the people are overly taxed on everything and anything, and those taxes only rise year after year, and the worst tax of all, is the tax which is being paid unto the investors and owners of the Federal Reserve, which literally bleeds our entire economy dry to feed the hunger of international foreign nations, corporations, and elite billionaire's, who are profiting off the backs of American labor, and take a cut, a percentage of every penny we make.

The worst aspect of all this being, that since the Constitution has not in effect since 1933, and SINCE the government has gained unlimited war powers, they have forced us all into 14th amendment corporate status citizenship, so they can enforce statute laws on the people, and as such, can use the threat of prison, to demand taxation, and put us in jail if we dont pay, and also take our property  without compensation.

ALL  OF  WHICH  IS  UN-CONSTITUTIONAL!!!!

WE MUST PAY TAXES YES, but we should NOT have to do so at the point of a gun and under the threat of prison, and the loss of our property without some level of compensation if the property is worth more than the debt.   It'S WRONG!!!

IT'S WRONG, and it must stop, and will stop, when the Constitution is restored.

Proposals for fixing Excess taxation :

a) When the Constitution is restored the people would be free from the threat of prison and the robbing of their property, yet are still obliged to pay their debts, and levels of taxation, but those levels should be reduced and will be, when the Federal Reserve is made into a Government owned non-profit, using real money and not DEBT CURRENCY, and the excessive profit margin given to foreign powers is ended.

b) Also via Amendments, the maximum levels of taxation which can be imposed should be set, and should be set low, and clear limits set on where and when and how taxation can be imposed, and that the Federal and State governments should be mandated to operate within their budget means, and forbidden to do excess debt spending except within specific limits, and when the Federal and state governments requires increased funding, it should gain any such funding via creating NEW FAITH note Treasury Security Certificates,    CURRENCY : THE MONEY SYSTEM  ...representing the gains to be created via it's involvement in expanding the economy, by massive large scale energy production by the building of dams, the desalination of ocean waters, the diverting of rivers, nuclear power, solar energy and massive deep shaft Geothermal power plant development construction and operation. (Yet it should be forbidden from nationalizing those same sectors). And is only allowed to create, begin, and involve itself, and make such efforts availible to investor investment, so as to share the risk, and share the reward with the free market. And the developed assets, slowly, over time, once they have provided the gains sought after by paying off the created FAITH note Treasury Certificates, created for that purpose, can be sold to that same free market, at a fair market price, without any giveaways.

(thus increasing the tax base by expanding the economy!)

c) For example, the diverting of part of the Mississippi river, into the deserts of Arizona, New Mexico, and southern California, would increase farming, and production, and lifestyles, and industry and in doing so, establish the basic infrastructure for the economy to expand in those areas, and in doing so, raise revenues as taxation, so as to pay for the costs of providing the social benefits which the people want from the government.

In this way it behooves the government to raise revenue by doing all that it is able, to boost and expand the economy, and keep energy prices low, and not raising taxes without having raised the GDP, because doing so, is just squeezing the American people dry.

There must be constitutional limits on taxation, and to do so, we must restore the Constitution as law, and put forth Amendments which directly, and in clear language, limit those powers.

d) Some will scream, that this is socialism, BUT IT IS NOT, it is simply the development and creation of economic expansion via government run programs to build those things which the free market either cannot afford to build, or is un-willing to build due to special interests, such as energy, because the energy interests would gladly see energy prices shoot sky high, so as to provide them massive profit margins, but in dong so it will cripple the economy, and it behooves the government to prevent any form of excessive dominance of the economy from taking place as it can lead to depressive conditions which can damage all sectors of the economy, and in order to promote as much expansion, and growth as possible the supply of cheap energy is absolutely essential.

And since any power plants built by the government can be sold to the free market it IS NOT Socialism, and is only market regulation and expansion to maintain adequate supplies of essential infrastructure.
