A message for Law Enforcement :
When the Constitution is restored as law, the people will be set free of the restrictions imposed on them by statute laws, and they regain the common law freedom which is given the people in the Constitution. At that time, the job and role of all police enforcement personnel, will be greatly simplified, as you would then only be required to enforce the common law, which MEANS, literally, your job will be simply to protect the people, and you would only ever need to act under circumstances where by someone is creating a danger, or is in danger, or a person is somehow committing a real crime, or is by their action endangering the general welfare of the public, such as drunk driving, reckless driving, making threats, or otherwise endangering or intimidating people with threats or the perceived threat of violence, or violating local standards of decency or breaking local ordinances which maybe voted on by a local community as an enforceable statute, which would as such, be repealable by that same local communities voters. (As different from legislative imposed statutes.)
Real crimes, are such things as theft, assault, battery, rape, murder, or otherwise in some way infringing on the rights and freedoms of another person.
And with the common law, your ability to interpret these offenses becomes much simplified, and your ability to act, is simplified as your job is to literally uphold the peace and common law freedom and justice of the land.
The ACLU will be re-organized, whether they like it or not, to serve a protective purpose in courts, regarding the nature of imposed law itself, in reference to common law standards of freedom rather than imposed statute law as done today, and as such, all convicted criminals who violate the common law, will no longer be getting to watch TV, or have various levels of comfort, and instead shall receive, chain gang hard labor, with no Tv, no soft mattresses, and no Civil Liberties, and gain instead a sledge hammer, and lots of work, where by they must repay their debt to society literally with labor. IN THIS WAY, the revolving door prison system, is closed, for good, and with real punishment, comes a real deterrent for all potential offenders, allowing them to actually learn their lesson, such that upon release they will know better than to commit crimes again.
The ACLU was manifested in its present form in 1933, where by as part of the NEW DEAL of 1933, with the government ursurption of the Constitution, and the governments adoption of making endless statute laws to apply to people, the ACLU took the role of making sure the government did not become to oppressive, since the people lost common law freedom, are were then forced to obey endless statute laws, the ACLU worked to reduce the level and forms of punishment imposed by the new unlimited law making government, however after 80 years, has only created the revolving door prison, by making prisoners comfortable.
As you may know, having had the experience, all too often the criminals of our nation, have little fear of prison, and many cycle in and out over and over again, and may even consider it a second home, because with ACLU protections, and light punishment, it, prison, literally is no longer a big deal, which literally makes your job as Law Enforcement 1000 times more difficult than it should be, because you are forced to police a segment of society which has little fear of the punishment you represent, and they know that resisting, and engaging in car chases, etc, adds only a minor amount to their already light sentence.
I ask you, to join with me, and demand the restoration of the Constitution as law, and with it, the Common Law Legal system, and Common Law justice, which will close the revolving door prisons, and completely eliminate the ACLU's present tactics and its bogus protections of criminals. Where by under the Common law you as cops would not be required to arrest many if not most of the people being arrested today, and you can focus on the real bad guys, who, when convicted will get chain gang hard labor, not a TV.
In 1933, they re-created the ACLU, to protect the criminals as part of the New Deal where by they took away all constitutional freedom and common law justice, in exchange for the powers to impose endless laws on the people, and the ACLU, is to make sure it did not become too oppressive. But this has only benefited criminals, and forced the rest of the decent people to obey the now 66 million statutes and counting.
Freedom, must be restored, and that means restoring the Constitution, and the common law it provides for the people, and that, will make your job a lot easier, by closing that revolving door, with chain gang labor.
