A message for Lawyers :
When the Constitution is restored, you, as lawyers, will still have a function in so much as statute laws, are meant to apply to businesses and corporations, and in issues of contracts and so forth, YET, under constitutional law, the PEOPLE are only supposed to be subject to the Common Law, which is where Habeas Corpus is derived from. And people will still need defence and council in common law courts of record.
And I am here to tell you, that as Lawyers, you should stand with restoring Freedom, and stand with the restoration of the constitutional Common Law legal system as it concerns the people, because you yourselves are some of those people. FREEDOM verses CIVIL LIBERTIES
You, deserve Constitiutional common law freedom, and so do all Americans.
It used to be, that under the Common Law people were encouraged to be Gentlemen and Ladies, where instead under the statute system imposed in 1933 / 1938, the people have been allowed to become anything but, and you know full well the endless string of people who are dragged through the statute court system, for having only broken a rule of some kind, a statute rule, and who may never of actually done anything really wrong, they hurt no one, caused no damage, and there is no witness against them, and yet the courts are convicting these people which under constitutional law they could never do based on statute law.
And at the same time, you see real crinimals, getting easy sentences, with ACLU protected prisons, TV's, and matresses. You see rapists and murderers, making deals, and getting out early, cycling back and forth in and out of prison, in the so called, REVOLVING DOOR. And you know, clearly, that those hardenned criminals do NOT FEAR PRISON, with its slow pace, free food. tv, and little comforts.
You, know, the modern system of law and punishment is broken, and doesnt work. And that the desired rehablitation effect of prison, is not working, because it is no longer true punishment, or a deterrent.
Our prisons are over full of people who did no harm. Whats worse, prisons today are lightly punishing those who did real harm, and I ask you to stand with me and restoring the Constitution as law, and setting the people free of the governments unlimited statute law making, by restoring the Common Law legal system.
Real criminals should be REALLY punished, and will be under the common law, but people who violate statute rules, and yet have done no harm, should never of been arrested in the first place.
There is a difference between real crimes, and breaking statute rules.
And it is the Lawyers of America who should stand up for constitutional justice, and help in re-establishing constitutional common law freedom, by joining with me and demand the Constitution be restored as the actual rule of law, which our government should, and must be made to obey, to the letter of it's writting.
If not, if you oppose the restoration of the Constitutional Common Law as the rule of law over the people as humans, then you become part of the problem.

(Note: It used to be, since the founding of our nation, that the government had statute law making powers.to govern itself and commerce generally, and settle disputes in equity.
But the Common Law legal system was in place as the protection system for the people, from an unlimited government, which if allowed too, would write endless laws to eventually control every part of our lives.
That is why... then... as still today, in a Common Law court of record, statutes have no place and are not applicable as law... and the only determination which is to be made, is whether the accused committed a real crime... not whether he has broken a technical rule, commonly called a "statute".
Real crimes are murder, rape, assault, theft, etc.... real crimes... deserving of real punishment.
In 1933/1938.. using unconstitutional war powers, the government simply threw out the 150 years of Common Law rules and protections, and forced all the people to be subject to endless Statute law making.
It was called the New Deal of 1933.. extended with unconstitutional changes for decades there after.
WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT THE FOUNDING FATHERS DIDNT WANT.
BECAUSE THEY KNEW, IF THE GOVERNMENT GAINS UNLIMITED LAW MAKING POWERS... AS LAW MAKERS... THEN... THAT IS WHAT THEY WILL DO...
MAKE LAWS... THATS WHAT THEY DO... YEAR AFTER YEAR... TO CONTROL EVERYTHING... AND EVERYONE.
The Common law was our protection as people.
As you all know.. today... there are combined, county, state and Federal, something like 66 million statues... rule based law... to control everything. It is this endless statute law making which is why we are no longer free. For how can a man be free if he must obey 66 million laws?
Freedom meant the Common Law.
We must get it back.
