This entire web site, is to prove and justify that I, as your President, honestly can and will do exactly what I have stated and promised above and more, and I challenge all humans on this planet, all Americans, and every politician in office today, and every single candidate I will be running against, including current President Obama. I challenge you all, to consider and even try to debate the worth of my solution plans for our nation and the world.

What everyone needs to understand, is... ...The Federal government knows its unconstitutional, but it doesnt know how to fix the problem. THEY ALL KNOW, whats wrong, and how wrong it is, and that they are complacent, and guilty, and legally criminals.... BUT THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM.

THAT IS THE ISSUE.... Its not that they are bad people, its just that they are doing the best job they can with what they have, and its not enough, because the debt currency system itself cannot forever stand, it is un-sustainable. We all know this.

Well, I am here to say there is a way out, there is a solution, and I call that solution, A NEW DEAL FOR 2012.

It would be a New Deal literally, between the People, the Government, and the bankers and investors who presently own the Federal Reserve, and hold the abundance of our nations debt. (This endless debt was caused by the New Deal of 1933)

The New Deal for 2012 is... The people demand to be free of the endless debt, and so, USING THESE NEW DEAL FOR 2012 METHODS, the Federal Government, would, under my leadership, PAY OFF the entire national debt, AND BUY BACK THE FEDERAL RESERVE, and make it a non-profit part of our national treasury.

It will be a re-organization of the nations currency, banking, and investment and development strategies, which would serve as a major boom for our nations industry and market potentials, See---> A New Deal for 2012 ... and make it possible to restore a Constitutional government, and also prevent any future market down turns for the working class, by the EDD provision of work, for potentially the next several hundred years as we work through a new re-organization of our own land, and so also pressure the U.N, into a U.N.F, in order to end all world poverty by employing the world, via the free market under contracts using the investment strategies I describe and put forward as this New Deal for 2012, where by human kind takes on a market goal, nation wide, and then world wide, which would be interplanetary expansion, and where by focusing our entire world potential on this goal, we can employ the world, and the rewards are gained over time, as those development plans are fulfilled in various stages and levels.

In this way, the bankers of the world, can set free the people from debt, and in return the world economy is allowed a major boost, with those bankers and investors, then being able to make much more money than they ever could with debt currency.

I understand that many of you, see these issues as being so entrenched that you believe there is no simple solution by which to restore our Constitution, revalue our currency, and solve for the endless debt, and prevent an economic collapse if we should ever have the strength and nerve to try and set ourselves free...

But I am here to say there is a simple, easy, and rapid means by which we as a nation, can pay off the national / Federal Reserve debt, take back ownership of the Federal Reserve, revalue the American dollar, and do so, with great confidence.

And perhaps most importantly, do so in a way which will have the full support and participation of the world elite and wealthy investors of the World Bank, and Federal Reserve, and I.M.F, once they understand the short and long term benefits.

And I answer, "that we will expand the free market greatly, as over the next 10 years we ramp up for even greater expansion to come, all via contracts with existing industry under fair bid policies, for small and massive, national and global projects. With a new commercial banking system, which is more favorable to commerce, by eliminating business lending risk, for small and large banks in exchange for across the board rate controls, and clearly defined limitations." Faster, cheaper, safer lending.

And I answer, "Real founding fathers Constitutional freedom, much lower taxation, and most importantly, interest free lending for personal borrowing from banks, and a new limited interest business lending and borrower protection system to make it possible for all really dedicated people to go into business. And then of course there is the assurance that all modern social benefits are retained and expanded, such as Social security and Medicare, to include the full expansion of the E.D.D. to provide full national job security and housing assistance for all able bodied people, and also directly regulate the distribution and assessment of disability cases."

Put simply, "More freedom, less government, real money, less taxes, Constitutional law, more social benefits and safe guards and protections from poverty for the less able, and real expanded labor, training, and business opportunities for the more able."

I offer national and global SOLUTION PLANS to our worlds economic limits, and I call it... A NEW DEAL FOR 2012

1) I stand for restoring our nation to a proper Constitutional republic where the Constitution is followed as the rule of law, without exception. THE CONSTITUTION

2) I stand for restoring peoples rights to be secure in their rights to own property which cannot be taken away without compensation, under all circumstances. PROPERTY RIGHTS

3) I stand for establishing a constitutional amendment limiting the ability of the government to tax the people, and limiting what form of taxation it can impose. EXCESSIVE TAXATION

4) I stand for ENDING ALL WELFARE PROGRAMS, by establishing a new form of Job security for all American citizens, such that through the Employment Development Department (E.D.D.), All tax paying Americans should have a guarantee of an income, should they ever lose their jobs, not as welfare, but as by the provision of labor as jobs in their community, which can be anything from cleaning the streets, to doing contract work with industry as a government sponsored temporary employee, and provide very real easy access to training, and detailed and serious assistance in doing a job search to find gainful employment in the free market. Which will end the welfare state created by FDR Progressives. We must stop the hand outs, as they make people dependant and lazy, and we must provide work, and real incentives to improve their own lives by way of their own efforts, with simple assistive methods provided by the E.D.D.

5) I stand to restore the Constitutional legal system, of the Common Law, which was provided for by our founding fathers, and demand an end to so called 14th amendment Civil liberties, and the 66 millions laws it comes with, and demand that the ACLU as it is today, be re-organized to fit the Common Law, as today, it only serves criminals under the present unconstitutional statute court system, imposed after 1938. FREEDOM verses CIVIL LIBERTIES

6) I stand for a restoration of the principles of morality in America as the foundation of our society, were we may allow people to be free to sin, But that sin, should not be promoted as normal and good, and instead it should be recognized for what it is, which is sinful loose behavior which should be avoided, as a benefit to the individual should they choose to be strong in the face of temptation, and not simply accepted as some form of false liberal progressive advancement. See... MORALITY in AMERICA

7) I stand for ending the Federal Reserve as it exists today, and then making it a non-profit part of our national treasury, which is only allowed to create lawful commodity based real money, which is free of debt. CURRENCY : THE MONEY SYSTEM

8) I stand for pulling out of the U.N. treaty of 1945, which robbed the U.S.A. of sovereignty, and insist that the treaty and U.N. Charter be re-written to allow nations to remain sovereign states who may, if they choose, cooperate in a Union, as a United Nations Federation, modeled on the American Constitution, and mandating freedom for all. Which means Common Law freedom for all peoples. A WORLD GOVERNMENT

9) I stand for demanding by law that all our elected politicians fulfill their oath of office and uphold and defend and protect the Constitution, as the rule of law, and never again allow its degradation by sneaky tactics used by various groups for various causes. THE CONSTITUTION

10) I stand for establishing in clear language the rights of the people to be secure in their rights and full freedoms as described in the Constitution and the Bill Of Rights, and that any Treaties, or ACTS, or Laws of Congress or the Presidency, made in the past or in the future, must not in anyway, reduce or remove those rights and freedoms, as provided for by the Constitution, and the Common Law system of the founding fathers. As the only way to change the fundamental law, is by a clearly written amendment to that United States Constitution. FREEDOM verses CIVIL LIBERTIES

11) I stand for amending the Trading with the Enemy Act (1917),and the National Banking System Act (1933), because .... The people are not the enemy of our nation, and the banks are over charging us, and limited in their lending capacity, and the Federal Reserve bank is owned by foreigners.

12) I stand for implementing simple Constitution based investment and economic regulation strategies which can allow the U.S.A. to lead the world, and solve for all world poverty, by expanding the free market system, and promoting American values world wide, and help people, and lead by example, and reverse the present trends of conflict and militarism used by our leaders in the past. A message for all International Bankers, and investors of the Federal Reserve, World Bank, and IMF

In this way, the bankers of the world, can set free the people from debt, and in return the world economy is allowed a major boost, with those bankers providing the foundation for the blooming of our seed economy into the prosperity it has the potential to become.

I ask you to read this platform. And if it makes sense to you, and you support these plans of action, then I ask you to either help me get elected, or help me pressure the other candidates to adopt these or similar plans of action.

I challenge each and every human on this planet to debate these proposed solution plans. (That means YOU!)

I will actually do what I say I'm going to do, and I say very clearly what I plan on doing, how I am going to do so, why I'm going to do it, and why you should and will be very happy that I was able to.
